Securitize Plans Stellar Integration for Tokenized Assets
Securitize plans to integrate Stellar for future regulated tokenized assets, expanding its multichain infrastructure without announcing a product yet.

Securitize plans to integrate the Stellar network into its tokenization infrastructure, adding another public blockchain option for asset managers issuing and managing regulated financial products. According to the official announcement from Stellar, the planned integration will allow Securitize to support future tokenized financial assets on Stellar while maintaining the regulatory and operational framework surrounding its institutional products. The companies announced the initiative during Meridian 2026 in Lisbon on October 28.
The integration has not yet been completed, and no specific Securitize-issued fund or security has been named for Stellar. The immediate development is an infrastructure commitment rather than a new tokenized asset launch. Securitize said additional information about supported products will be disclosed as it becomes available, leaving deployment timing, initial issuers and asset classes unresolved.
Stellar Adds Another Rail to Securitize Infrastructure
Securitize already uses multiple public blockchains to distribute regulated financial products. ARK Invest’s tokenized venture fund uses Ethereum-based infrastructure, while Hamilton Lane’s HLSCOPE private-credit fund expanded onto TRON. Adding Stellar would extend that multichain model rather than change the underlying legal structures of the assets Securitize manages.
The network provides several protocol-level controls relevant to regulated issuers. Stellar allows assets to be configured with authorization requirements, freezing and clawback capabilities, while additional token frameworks can apply identity, eligibility and transfer restrictions. These controls can enforce issuer-defined rules on asset movement, but they do not replace off-chain KYC, AML or sanctions processes operated by regulated financial entities. Securitize would combine those blockchain capabilities with its broker-dealer, transfer-agent, investment-advisory and European investment-firm infrastructure.
Stellar already hosts a substantial tokenized-asset market. The Stellar Development Foundation reported approximately $4 billion in RWAs as of September 1, spanning 67 products from 10 regulated issuers. That figure describes the network’s existing RWA ecosystem rather than assets committed through the Securitize integration. Franklin Templeton, WisdomTree, Ondo and other issuers already operate tokenized financial products on the network.
No Securitize Product Has Been Announced Yet
Securitize reported approximately $5 billion in tokenized securities across its platform as of September 30. Its product base now spans investment funds, private credit and 1:1-backed U.S. equity security entitlements. None of those existing products should be assumed to be moving to Stellar unless Securitize identifies a specific deployment. The announcement establishes technical direction, not asset migration.
The planned integration also arrives as Stellar expands the surrounding infrastructure needed for institutional assets. Real-time security monitoring has already been deployed across Stellar applications and smart contracts, while the network now supports tokenized funds, sovereign debt and institutional settlement products. Those capabilities increase the available operating stack, but infrastructure availability remains distinct from measurable adoption by Securitize clients.
Securitize intends to add Stellar as another issuance and management rail for future regulated tokenized products. The more consequential indicators will come when the companies identify the first asset, disclose a deployment date and show actual issuance or investor activity through the new integration.
