Ondo Finance has connected its regulated U.S. securities infrastructure to one of the core operational networks used by the traditional fund industry. Oasis Pro Markets has joined DTCC’s Fund/SERV as its first tokenization platform member, creating a standardized route between Ondo tokenized funds and distributors already connected to DTCC’s infrastructure.
According to DTCC’s official September 16 announcement, Fund/SERV currently serves more than 85% of U.S. mutual fund activity. Oasis Pro Markets, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and noticed Alternative Trading System operated by an Ondo subsidiary, can now use that infrastructure to interact with fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers without building separate integrations for each counterparty.
Fund/SERV Connects Ondo to Traditional Distribution
Fund/SERV is DTCC’s industry-standard platform for processing and settling transactions involving mutual funds, bank collective funds and other pooled investment products. The integration gives Oasis Pro Markets a common operational interface for account-level data, transaction confirmations, reconciliation, fund distributions, tax reporting and regulatory reporting, bringing tokenized fund distribution closer to workflows already used by conventional financial institutions.
DTCC also highlighted the integration through its official announcement on X, positioning tokenization alongside existing market infrastructure rather than as a replacement for it. The significance lies in interoperability: tokenized products can potentially reach distributors through systems they already use, reducing the need for bespoke operational connections between blockchain-based issuers and traditional fund platforms.
We are pleased to welcome @Ondo Finance's subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, to our Fund/SERV platform.
As the first tokenization company to join the network, this milestone bridges traditional and digital finance and supports the continued evolution of capital markets. Read more:… https://t.co/ywqmJJIKfu

Ondo Acting CEO and President Ian De Bode said the standardized connection allows Oasis Pro Markets to transact with multiple categories of financial firms through a single interface. Fund/SERV membership does not itself guarantee distribution or investor demand, but it removes an infrastructure barrier that could otherwise complicate institutional adoption of tokenized funds.
Ondo Expands Regulated Tokenization Infrastructure
The move follows Ondo’s broader expansion into regulated securities infrastructure in the United States. Oasis Pro Markets has received FINRA authorizations supporting tokenized equities, fund interests, primary offerings and secondary-market activity, while a separate affiliate, Oasis Pro TA, operates as an SEC-registered transfer agent capable of maintaining on-chain and off-chain shareholder records.
That regulatory stack complements Ondo’s continuing push into tokenized U.S. securities and its expansion of yield-bearing products into payment infrastructure, including the deployment of USDY on Tempo. The Fund/SERV connection adds traditional distribution infrastructure to that strategy rather than introducing another standalone blockchain product.
The immediate question is how quickly issuers and distributors use the new connection in production. Oasis Pro Markets now has access to infrastructure already embedded across much of the U.S. fund industry, but actual scale will depend on tokenized products being onboarded and distributed through those channels. Transaction activity and the number of participating fund counterparties will provide clearer evidence of whether the integration translates into broader adoption.
