Yakkamon has scheduled its official NFT Free Mint for September 14, 2026, marking the project’s next major step within the Ronin gaming ecosystem. The mint will take place through Ronin Launchpad and is intended to establish an initial base of eligible participants ahead of the game’s broader rollout later this year.

According to an official announcement from Yakkamon, the project will take a whitelist snapshot on September 10 before the mint goes live four days later. Users seeking eligibility are being directed to complete the project’s pre-registration requirements before the snapshot, making the current phase primarily about securing access rather than playing the full game.

Yakkamon Season 0 Sets Early Access Priority

Yakkamon is currently operating in its Season 0 phase, which centers on pre-registration and early community participation. Users can interact with limited mechanics such as daily tasks that award points, but the project has not yet opened its full early-access game environment to participants.

The distinction is clarified through the official Yakkamon mint portal, which states that early access is planned for Q4 2026 and will be released in waves. Season 0 leaderboard rankings will determine entry priority, with the first access pool limited to the top 100,000 trainers.

That structure makes the September NFT mint part of a broader onboarding process rather than a standalone collectible release. The project is using pre-registration, leaderboard activity and the Free Mint to organize its first player cohort before full gameplay becomes available, linking asset distribution with future access to the game.

Full Gameplay Still Awaits Q4 Rollout

Yakkamon’s launch sequence differs from Ronin projects that have already moved into active alpha or player-versus-player testing. Its current stage remains focused on registration, eligibility and NFT distribution, rather than providing unrestricted access to a playable production build.

The September 14 mint will therefore serve as an operational milestone for the project, but it should not be interpreted as the full game launch. Players will still need to wait for the wave-based Q4 early-access rollout, with leaderboard position influencing when eligible users can enter.

Yakkamon has not yet confirmed the total supply available through the Free Mint or provided detailed information about the NFTs’ functionality inside the eventual game build. Those unanswered questions leave the long-term utility of the minted assets unclear ahead of the launch, making future documentation an important source of detail for prospective participants.

The key dates are September 10 for the whitelist snapshot and September 14 for the Ronin Launchpad mint. The project’s next major test will come in Q4, when Yakkamon begins converting its Season 0 community into active players through staged early access.
