Pudgy Penguins is extending its intellectual-property strategy through OverpassIP, a licensing platform that lets holders submit individual NFTs for possible use in toys, games, trading cards and other commercial products. The model connects ownership of an 8,888-piece Ethereum collection with selective real-world licensing opportunities, rather than granting every holder automatic participation in each brand deal.
