SEC dismisses civil fraud case against BitClout founder with prejudice
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has permanently dropped its civil fraud case against Nader Al-Naji, the founder of BitClout and DeSo, closing one of the sector’s more closely watched legal battles.
