Ondo TVL Tops $4B as Tokenized Stocks Expand
Ondo Finance reaches $4B in TVL, with tokenized stocks and ETFs exceeding $1.3B as its RWA ecosystem expands across multiple blockchains.

Ondo Finance says the value of assets across its tokenization businesses has surpassed $4 billion as the company expands beyond its original U.S. Treasury products into public equities, ETFs and private-market exposure. Ondo reports that tokenized stocks and ETFs now account for more than $1.3 billion of that platform-wide total, making public securities an increasingly important part of its asset base.
The milestone was disclosed through Ondo’s official account, which also reported more than one million cumulative holders across its products. That holder figure should not be interpreted as one million unique people, since blockchain addresses and product accounts can overlap and Ondo has not published a deduplicated count of individual investors.
Ondo’s product mix now spans Treasury-backed instruments, tokenized stocks and ETFs, portfolios and private-market products. The categories are not legally interchangeable: public-equity tokens are backed by securities held through traditional brokerage infrastructure, while Ondo Private Markets uses notes tied to future liquidity events rather than giving holders direct ownership in the referenced private companies.
A new milestone for Ondo: $4 billion in TVL.
From tokenized Treasuries to tokenized stocks, ETFs, portfolios & private markets, Ondo is expanding access with every asset class.

Tokenized Stocks Pass $1.3 Billion
Ondo Stocks has become one of the main contributors to that expansion. The platform’s official product documentation currently lists more than 450 tokenized stocks and ETFs across Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana. The tokens are backed by U.S. stocks, ETFs and cash held with U.S. broker-dealers, while an independent verification agent reviews the backing each business day.
Liquidity differs from a conventional DeFi pool model. Ondo uses a just-in-time minting and redemption structure that connects quotes to the liquidity available for the underlying securities in traditional markets such as Nasdaq and NYSE. When an eligible investor accepts a quote, Ondo can mint or redeem the corresponding token while purchasing or selling the backing security through conventional market infrastructure.
That model helped Ondo Stocks cross $1 billion in TVL in May, less than eight months after launch, before reaching the newly reported $1.3 billion-plus level. Earlier infrastructure changes also expanded primary-market availability, including extended minting and redemption for tokenized stocks and ETFs. Availability nevertheless varies by asset and trading session; Ondo’s current status page shows that only selected securities remain tradable during weekends and other off-market periods.
Transfers are more flexible than conventional brokerage positions but remain subject to legal boundaries. Ondo Stocks can move onchain between supported wallets outside the United States, subject to jurisdictional and other restrictions, and some assets can subsequently interact with DeFi applications. Transferability therefore does not mean unrestricted global eligibility.
Ondo Connects Onchain Assets With Traditional Rails
Ondo is simultaneously extending its regulated U.S. infrastructure through Oasis Pro Markets. The SEC’s current ATS list identifies Oasis Pro Markets as an Alternative Trading System, while FINRA records show the entity is registered as a broker-dealer. Those registrations provide conventional securities-market infrastructure alongside Ondo’s blockchain-based distribution stack.
In September, Oasis Pro Markets joined DTCC’s Fund/SERV network, becoming what DTCC described as its first tokenization-focused member. DTCC’s official announcement says Fund/SERV processes more than 85% of U.S. mutual fund transaction activity and gives Oasis Pro standardized connectivity with fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers. The connection provides distribution infrastructure rather than evidence that traditional platforms have already generated material Ondo transaction volume through Fund/SERV.
Ondo’s $4 billion milestone therefore reflects several businesses rather than a single homogeneous pool of onchain capital. TVL, trading volume, holder counts and traditional-market distribution measure different aspects of adoption, and growth in one should not automatically be treated as growth in the others.
The more consequential development is the diversification of Ondo’s asset base. Treasury products remain a major foundation, but more than $1.3 billion in tokenized stocks and ETFs indicates that the platform’s scale is increasingly being built around securities that depend on both blockchain transferability and traditional brokerage liquidity.
